Ban Appeal
« on: December 21, 2014, 11:43:23 AM »
I have been banned for using Multiaccounts to ''evade jail''. This is not true at all. i used my friend's account to an admin about the fact that it would not let me read the rules once more and i could not speak, thus I used my friends account to inform Ellemenopeanuts of what has happened, and got banned instantly

n-game name:lucaslazuran

-Yesterday at around 5 (New York)

-Ellemenopeanuts

- I was banned because I was multiaccounting and ''trying to evade jail''

- Right before this ban I was jailed for griefing.

- I Think I should be unbanned because I have learned my lesson and will not do this again.

Lucaslazuran stole 82 diamond blocks that were being used as a house. He claimed he didn't know grief was not allowed as he was used to raiding servers.

I jailed him for 30 minutes, removed some diamonds and rules restricted him.

He then uses a friends account to try and talk to us, despite the fact here being many other ways to contact staff. Apparently, he was stuck in rules restrict due to logging out multiple times and missing a lot of online jail time.

Me messages me on the forums claiming he doesn't know how to appeal.

I decide, okay, misunderstanding, he knew what he was doing was wrong but whatever.

Then patience of a 3 year old happens:

So I make him appeal, like everyone else.

What Elle is saying is true. I did steal and I was punished. I used my friends account because it seemed like the most simple and accesible formats to contact staff. Yes, I was multiaccounting, but not for the reason most people do and I was surely not trying to evade jail.  I was trying to explain a problem with the rules list and before I can explain, Elle bans both accounts. I understand her perspective, but at least when I said ''please wait one second'', you could've waited a bit for me to explain.

EDIT: Removed because this player can't accept that he broke rules and did nothing to prove that he would not change.

Sorry you feel that way. Maybe the next server you visit you'll have the common sense to read the rules of the server first.
