Donation trouble

I don't really know where to put this, but if I try to donate over paygol it gives me this message :

I tried with different valutas/currencies so don't think that's the problem

Try logging out of enjin and then selecting the donations, I think it will give a box to input the username of who you wanna donate to or for (case sensitive of course)
