Brief description on what it does and adds:
BukkitPhones adds phone numbers into Minecraft. This allows the users to "call" each other and talk in a private chat. Everyone gets a unique 4 digit number, which can be used to call and receive calls. You can configure an emergency number in which your players can contact staff (911).

Not significant or very important, I think this is just a fun plugin Maybe you can give the perns to /sm+ only?

It's definitely a neatidea, but what makes it different from /msg and /helpop ? Realtime private chat would be cool, though.

Its really not any diffrent. Just alot more fun lol
