I think that if some one is banned and they don't appeal within a month, they probably aren't coming back. Therefore, I think that their name should be removed from mctop if they havent appealed an ban within a month. Being on mctop (at least for me) is something to be proud of, and for someone who isnt even playing anymore to be preventing someone from being on mctop is a shame.

Ooooooh you just had to rub it in that you passed me by like 100 on /mctop didn't ya? XD

Anyways, I don't think this is the case. On another server that I used to play on, a member was banned for griefing. But one year later appealed and wanted to come back. Their appeal was accepted of course, the mods thinking they had a change of heart.

So there's proabably a 1/50 chance of someone appealing after a month of being banned. Maybe we can vault their mctop stats, much like their house/items? Then again, that's a lot of work for #lazyrich.

if they earned there lvls fair and square we have no reason to lower them maybe fed or migas will feel differently

Im fine with it, only for people that have appealed and been denied though. Otherwise people have the right to appeal at any point down the road.
