Because firstly i didnt grief him i never destroyed any of his items all i did was kill him and i apologised for that and gave all the stuff i still had back to him. I know i am a pvper i just get bored a lot i just want to build but i need to save for a town so i will try and cut down the killing as much as possible if u unban me.

i swear on my mothers life the only block i ever griefed was that first glass pane and that was accedental. o sh** unless it was my brother. i think it may have being my brother because he has screwed me over on minecraft before. when he gets home i will ask him but i swear i didnt do anything

It doesn't matter who you say did it. This account was responsible for the grief. We do not accept that it was someone else. It was either you or someone who was acting on your behalf. Otherwise they wouldn't have had your password. No one is stupid enough to give an untrusted person their password.

I don't trust my brother either. I personally made him a second account so that he could play. He plays on that but still I don't trust him. Even at times, admins have asked me if I could trust him with the towns but I declined.

As crazy as it sounds we have our reasons for why we take a hard line stance on this.  There is no imperial way for us to know whether it truly was your brother or of you are just blaming him.  Since we can't prove it and you cannot disprove it we just tue all actions to your account,  something that is concrete and traceable. Log block doesn't lie.

So that just shows the level of trust you can have for him.
