I'm an older player that bought a rank around a year ago, I took quite a long break but wanted to get back into the server. I got on and saw that I lost my rank, I bought either the $15 rank or the $20, I also bought a WE req. I'm unsure whether ranks go away after you guys start a new map or update your server but what I think happened is that I changed my name and it went away. My old username was VapeNaysh and I changed it to TenniSwift, I'm not too attached to the rank but if it doesn't go away after a new map or update I'd like it back, thank you.
