[Debu]

two days ago when KungFu_Crab Joined the server, I was letting him join my town, I was typing and he killed me, he also griefed a glass pane at my town. Today I was building in my town he suddenly came and started killing me. I'm sure he got here by tp-ing to my town. either way it aint nice. when I tried killing him he logged off... he is so dying...

I spoke about the glass pane and first kill with him as soon as it happened. I told him that because he was brand new, he clearly had not settled in. I asked him to re read the rules regularly and made it clear the grief and tp killing was unacceptable behaviour. He seemed very attentive and responded in a way that I felt was appropriate for him having listened to me. I am disappointed that there has been further issue...

We will look into this further.

Honestly. Looking through the logs quickly. He seems aggressive but you seem antagonistic. Your own chat logs show you were being an ass.

As far as the grief goes... That's obviously an accident. Who hasn't misclicked and destroyed something?

I can investigatr further, but if I find more evidence of you not being nice you are not going to like the outcome. Or you can just let bygones be bygones.

1. I was trying to avoid any further pvp. I don't like PvP much...
2. Yes he was spawn killing me, not going when I asked him to, and I used /afk to abide him\
3. I was getting close to give him a taste of his own medicine when he logged off. Since that time I was posting the report here on the forums I was afk. Since then I tried using /afk but he wouldn't quit bothering me. He hid behind a block and tried to think I thought he was gone, and when I went back to my work he got me again and I dropped all my stuff. I don't care about a few dirt blocks or a few glass panes but I really want my tools back (3 picks (2 ench.), 1 shovel (ench.), and 1 axe(ench.))
4. I try to be as nice as possible. I even forgave him for what happened on that day, but now. I am not leaving him... I tried talking him out even after he killed me at first but I the second time, I went aggressive...

Debu is too poor to afford a bodyguard and this incident took place when rich was offline so I find rich 'The Bodyguard' useless D=

Yes, like rich said, he may have been spawn killing, but you afking to avoid the killing could also be considered breaking the rules. Also, calling him names like beggar and just being a dick isn't helping your case. Also, if you feel that the 2 minute tp cooldown for pvp is not working, you should report that as well.

He TP killed me once again today, here is what happend:

I was giving away free potions when he logged in. He asked for potions. When he tp'd to me he asked for brewing stands. I said that I would sell em. He said he wanted to trade. I said I'll take my tool that he took from me. He tped to his home to get his tools. When he tped back to me, He killed me. I was going to ask help from cryminal but I had to leave at that moment due to personal issues.

This is what is happening... I don't think that someone can accidentally TP kill 3+ times.
Either he is DUMB or he is stubborn and won't follow the rules.

Today he, asked me to forgive him for what he did to me, I did forgive him and he also returned some of my stuff, he said he had given the picks to his friend (which was the most imp. for me) but it doesn't really matter to me now. Also note the he has caused trouble with others too as I believe Minefortheend was having problems with him.

But I still believe he should be punished for his sins. ._.
