The Ducktopian Rules
Residential rules:
1- Follow all of the server rules at /rules.
2- No building in the surrounding areas of the town.
3- Replant, replant, replant! As per server rules not replanting will be considered grief.
4- Build something pretty. We're not all gifted builders, but trying to copy a tutorial shouldn't be so hard. Plots must have a building after 10 days.
5- Your take full responsibility for what happens on your plot, if you allow people to build and destroy there they will not be punished for grief.
6- Don't build under your plot unless it's part of your structure, no farms, no spawners.
7- Extra plot lands will require money, 1000-2000-3000. A maximum of 4 plots only.
8- A 1 month inactivity automatically leads to your plot being removed - except if you let us know.
9- Last, but not least, we except everyone to be friendly and respectful.
Shop & Embassy rules:
1- An embassy is free, a shop isn't. A shop plot will cost you 2000$.
2- You have a week to build on your embassy, and 2 weeks to build your shop.
3- You may place warp signs freely on your embassy.
4- You may only place 1 Warp sign on your shop plot, this is to prevent advertising 4 shops in 1 plot.
5- You may advertise any shop outside of Ducktopia for the price of 2500$ (Warp sign price not included which should be 1000$), we will place your sign on our warp board for everyone passing by to see it- You don't have to be part of a town to get this deal.
6- If you somehow go inactive we will keep your possessions on your plot for up to 1 month after your inactivity.
7- For embassies they should preferrably represent your town, as for shops you take liberty in what you build so long as it's not offensive.
Failure to follow these rules will directly lead you to losing your plot (you will be given your items on the plot) and/or have a bounty on you or getting kicked and potentially outlawed.
