Why should we decide to unban you for a
second time? We gave you a chance, you messed up once more and were only a burden on the staff's shoulders. What's to say it will not happen again in a matter of time?

You literally griefed the day after you got unbanned last time. You ban evaded multiple times. You refused to listen to staff regarding chat behaviour & was disrespectful on multiple occasions. You Xrayed. Should I go on?
Perhaps you should put more effort and thought into this application before being able to come back. Everyone is capable of a copy paste job.
