It use to be Spruce for me Cuz I like Dark Wood, But Since Dark Oak was added, it became my new favourite... Plus with Tree Feller Its an easy tree to harvest from.

Dark oak is the best for exteriers, butvfor enteriour its better with dark oak planks.

Dark oak is cool and i prefer it, but spruce logs look like.. er... fresh.....

I have to agree, while I prefer dark oak planks over spruce planks, I also prefer the spruce logs over the dark oak logs.  I just like the rich colors.

You can make really good exterior designs with the dark oak wood, but nothing beats a bit of spruce now and then.
