I'd like to address some of the things you pointed out.
Additional Information: My friend (slinging slasher) was saying inappropriate things. about 30 min later an admin muted him for that which is completely ok. Then my friend "Mute evaded". He didn't even know it was possible. He wanted to see if it would work just for whatever reason. He was then banned.
Your friend was warned several times that he was being inappropriate. I don't know what he expected to happen when he used dynmap to talk, but if it was honestly a mistake then all he had to do was appeal.
I started saying how we didn't even know it was possible or a rule! ( All they said was read the rules, Sure we should have read em but we shouldn't be perma ban for that!) The admins then muted me for trying to unban my friend and ask about the ban. After I was Muted AN INVISIBLE PERSON KILLED ME WITH POTIONS! YES ADMIN ABUSE WAS A PART OF THIS! After this I new it was against the rules, but I chatted on the map. SOMEONE had to know about this crap. Then I was banned.
None of the staff here abuse their power. Anyone with an invisibility potion could've killed you. None of the online staff killed you. If you were concerned about this, you could've reported it on the forums or with help op in a calmer manner. Using dynmap with all caps is very spammy and looks like mute evading. Also, rule 2c states not to beg for your friend to be unbanned. He can appeal.
I think it's an absurd thing to make mute evasion a perma ban, but now that i look at the other ban appeals (ALL 1200) <--- A LOT That you can be perma banned for many things! I think that the server needs it's punishments fixed. It takes 7 days because of how many bans you guys put out! I will gladly take a ban much less intense like a few hours/ 1 -2 days at most It wasn't that bad.
Anyone who mute evades is given a fair punishment, and they choose to ignore it. They are not permanently banned, they can appeal.
It takes 7 days because the admins who vote on ban appeals are busy and do need a little bit to review the applications and come up with answer. If you don't want to be banned for a week or more, don't break rules. It's a fairly simple concept.
My other friend sir jarvanator was banned for telling the admins how abusive they are and then.
Jarvanator went on dynmap, yelled at us for banning players for stupid things and called us gay. We do not allow bigotry here.
My friend closet monster was banned for trying to learn about what was going on. He was just asking questions and he was banned for "STUPIDITY" yes that's a thing. no wonder why this server has 1200 ban appeals and probably mroe bans without appeals. PLZ fix this server! 
Closet_Monster was aruging with us and telling us to unban. Again, rule 2c says not to beg for unban and rule 8b is not to be uncooperative. None of you needed to beg for the other to be unbanned because you can appeal.
Our rules are simple and more than 1200 players have been able to follow them. We are not going to "fix" our server because you and your friend are incapable of following the rules.
