- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) Dyslexia is not a joke, my friend is Dyslexic and i didnt want anyone to make fun of him because he misspells alot of words also so i told everyone that he is Dyslexic, but the admin thought i was making fun of him for some reason.

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) yes because of greifing, me and my friend destroyed one block of fence and i kill a horse. got jailed.
 
- Why should you be unbanned? I had friends, really liked the server, had a town, paid my taxes, had a house, and had a family. This griefing was the only really bad thing i did. i think the mods just abuse their powers here. They also ip banned me because i was trying to explain why the thing i said wasnt a joke and he is my friend. I was thinking about donating some money because i loved the server so much, but im not too sure now.
Romaze6 is a terrible mod imo because of the things he says in the chat. Other admins should look into romaze's actions in the  chat.

The admins will check the logs and see everything that was said. you don't need to constantly update everyone, after he types everything, and include satirical Hashtags in reference to Dyslexia can be misconstrued as disrespectful. Keep that in mind if you return to the server. Your friend is now being disrespectful and has Spammed Hashtags for better staff.. both of you have been extremely uncooperative in the whole event, so no the mods were not abusing their powers. The second ban was for Ban Evading/multiaccounting.

You can't just say things about a mod like that this is considered falsly accusing staff and will be taken serious. You need to see what are jokes from staff and when they are serious. Everything what mac said here is true. So please don't accuse staff of abusing their powers or being mean in chat, you asked for it.

You were being deliberatly difficult to deal with, detracting from the staff's ability to get other things done.
You can pretend like you were trying to be the defender of those who cant spell, but it came across (even looking at it from the logs) as being a disrespectful brat about it.
 
I reviewed Romaze's conduct, and as always it was excellent.

He never once abused his powers, Nor was he "Making fun of 'bumb' people" as momo tried to accuse. He was disengaging from a pointless argument that was not worth his time. If either of you have a problem with the way the rules are setup, then come talk to me about it, there is no point asking Romaze since he is unable to change the rules on his own.

After reading through 40 minutes of logs, I see that you were were deceptive, subversive and a general pain in the ass about the whole thing. Even when you admitted to greif, you acted like it wasnt a big deal.


I am not so sure you are the correct fit for our server.

Stating that one of our moderators actions was wrong when he clearly did punish you correctly and according to rules showed us that you feel like you were not justly banned. Since we think you will not fit into our community, you will stay banned. Appeal denied.
