I want a hotel to be moved in my current town

I once had my own town. And some buildings are still there. Now I want my hotel to be placed in Lux Aeterna.
The buildings is 2x1 plots. I searched for prizes, It will cost me $2. But I don't understand the way it works. I'll be online all time tonight. So can someone explain me?
