You can't make towns unless my approval ( depends on distance )..... $200 for all islands no matter what size. All wildlife are yours once you buy. I do not sell based biomes. If you want to no longer own the land contact me and i will give you back the money tendered. Once that happens you MUST remove everything you placed. If there is smaller islands really close ( I decide on distance ) you will own that as well. No RENTING areas to other people. ***YOU MUST BREED ANY ANIMALS. KEEP 2 OF ANY ANIMAL YOU FOUND.*** Enjoy
