Only bridges/recipes/lifts and some things can be enabled, tps is always at 20, dunno how much ram server has but this plugin isn't going to use almost any, depending on what is turned on. Also player head drops can be enabled with this plugin without looking for another, so that pvp has some kind of use. At least collect heads if you can't get items.
There are at least 3 good things about plugin that can work with server now.
1.Recipes
2.Player heads ( its more like all in one  since there are other plugins that have this )
3.Bridges/lifts and redstone crap

As rich said, don't need it to make custom recipes and we can also make player heads drop already if we wanted to.

That leaves us with the lifts/gates thing add up. Just to add a plugin for it, I'm not sure...  since you can do the lifts/gates already in vanilla...

Yes but petar already said why it's better with this plugin. It's pretty lightweight and useful... Pwease add it D:

I'm sorry, I think this takes to much away from vanilla minecraft. We can do all these things with a bit of time and effort without a special plugin.

The whole point of survival minecraft is to harvest resources and build. This plugin detracts from that. So for now I'm gonna say no.

I can get how the admins could think that, I mean it is basically like cheating in some ways... But I know you can just get rid of some things.

Thats what im saying though... none of the things that you guys have asked for here are allowed. I would not implement any of those features anyways.

Installing the plugin would then be a wash wouldn't it?

Mhm Fedgar. I do see what your saying there. Ik its cool to have with the bridges and all but would Members really have the access to be able to build them? Some of the features like the way your able to change what painting you want but the chair feature whats in it does not work with mcMMO since you have to right click the stair and mcMMO uses right click for the special abillity.

Name : CraftBook

Link :http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/craftbook/

Why do i Recommend it? Becaaauusseee :
CraftBook is a heavily customizable plugin that adds a number of new mechanics to Minecraft with no client mods required. As one of Minecraft's oldest mods/plugins, we were the first to bring you Minecraft computers, Redstone ICs, moving bridges, and more! Here's a short list:

?Modular, and extremely light on your server.
?Enable features that you need, disable ones that you don't. Even tweak features to your liking.
?Adds heaps of mechanics that allow you to mimic large portions of FTB/Tekkit with a vanilla client.
?Redstone ICs (Logic gates, Sensors, Many others)
?Elevators for your server so people can jump between floors quickly. (Or smoothly, if you choose so)
?Working cauldrons so players can cook inside them.
?Your own custom crafting recipes.
?Hidden switches for players.
?Togglable areas and bridges.
?Chairs you can sit on. (Eli wants this)
?Working pipes that can transfer items from place to place.
?Footprints where your players walk.
?Mobs and players drop their heads.
?The ability to bind commands to items, with cool-downs, permissions and timers.
?And much more... (Seriously, check the wiki)

most of this stuff can be done in vanilla minecraft, also i think it's been suggested before, not sure
Bind us all together,
ablaze with hope and free;
 No storm or heavy weather,
will rock the boat, you'll see;
 The time has come to close your eyes,
and still the wind and rain..
