Dont have access to /fly, but i am able to fly?

Yeah, as the title says, i joined and it didnt say fly was enabled, i double jumped and i started flying, i did /fly and i dont have the perms?

So im flying and i cant turn it off, my fly timer ran out ages ago, so, thought id report it..
