Cant send mail

I was trying to send mail to Mudassir but It says "Error:Player not found" but It works when the player online. Please Help

I Tried too many time it didn't works for me.Trying from three days tho.
Only Works for the players who are Online.

Try hitting your pc, works most of the times.

Some say to pet it but thats bull
