I'm officially closing the Lionmart Hangout. I will start a reovation project on it as soon as possible. When it re-opens it will no longer be The Lionmart Hangout as the name will also be changed. There are several changes that will take place as a result of this.
Down below are all changes currently planned:
Multi-story: It will change to a 3 story building, as opposed to 1.  This is due to limited space. Floor 1 will remain the main bar, but the bar will be bigger. Floor 2 will be a dance floor. More on that further down. Floor 3 will be a more calm area. A sort of relax room.
Dance floor: Yes, it will get a dance floor.
Bigger bar: More brewing stands and just in general a bigger size overall.
Relax room: There will be chairs and couches. Maybe a TV too if anyone wants one.
When it's scheduled to be finished: Hopefully by Saturday 25th.
More mixtapes: Thanks to Epic i now have every mixtape in the game. This is good news as it allows for more variety than chirp does.
The new name: Not sure yet. Will hopefully have come to a conclusion by Thursday.
In the meantime, it won't be useable.

Sounds like a great plan so far, I would really recommend having a pool on the roof or maybe a Jacuzzi? Also Shayh and Zweerd are really good with redstone, maybe asking them to help you out with the dance floor? Along with that, the Obsidian and Quartz combination is a brilliant idea, they look quite good together Oh and I have a suggestion in regards to the relaxing area, maybe make small booths? Along with V.I.P booths? So what I'm thinking is some public tables, some small private booths and some V.I.P booths? Just a suggestion, I am aware of the space issue, so it's entirely up to you how you want to go about it

Thanks to all the people donating obsidian the new hangout will be finished by the end of today(!) if everything goes as planned. It will however not open until Friday (soonest) or Saturday (latest)

Desperatly in need of an interior designer to make VIP level 1 and 2 floors. Materials will be provided to whoever does this and they will be put on the Level 2 VIP list. You will also get a cash reward (amount depends on quality of the work.)
Edit: Style is High class and fancy. Preferably a relaxing feel to it.
