I'd like to propose that using rockets with elytra to fly be allowed to more than just Donator+
Rockets being used with elytras is a vanilla addition, therefore it should be allowed to the rest of the players. The elytra is a challenging item to attain, and unless you completed the Treasure Hunt quest at spawn, went to the end after a reset or had a friend gift it to you, new players aren't going to have one. So the player would have to put in a good amount of time playing on the server to get an elytra. The use of rockets with an elytra, being similar to that of /fly, would sensibly have similar limitations, such as not allowing the use of it in the Alpha, Nether or End worlds. I asked around the server and a number of people (WatchingTheAnime, LordTiger89 Select_Name and Mirithia to name a few) had agreed with my reasoning.
I would love to be able to rocket-glide around and view everyone's spectacular builds as well as my own, as this server is filled with incredible builders.
