Trivia Plugin

I really enjoy Dante's Trivia but it tends to be a bit messy.
Yesterday I was bored and had an idea for a Trivia plug-in to make hosting a trivia event easier.

The idea is to make it more obvious when to expect the next question so players can be ready to respond. (Facilitated by countdown) "/trivia [question]"
Typically players get a reward for every question they get correct, the plug-in streamlines the process with the command "/winner [player] [$ amount] [world]"

This is a project I did for fun to learn how to write plug-ins and it turned out well.
In the end, I think Dante's opinion is the one which matters most on this one.

Really really cool. The commands look simple to use and it will improve a lot the event. I know that is messy because sometimes I can't control the time to ask or even the winner, but with this the event will be more clear. Thanks for creating this for the server, now is up to the admins to approve it.
