Because i am nice to others on the server and give them rewards make them quests and help them do whatever they need help with for no fee and also since i am younger some of the people on the server will find it easier to talk to me about things they did like griefing. I will help catch people cheating and also help convince people not to i will be someone people can talk to and also i will go out of my way no-matter what i am doing to help anyone in need.

Definitely, my job is being an umpire so i am very neutral and non-biast. Also i have been punished before so i really understand how breaking the rules is bad so now i truly respect them and understand how important they are to keep this amazing server the way it is.
