World Border

I believe someone has built over the world border, the cords are -171 64 -30040 I was looking at dynamic map when i found this but im not sure if it is really over the border or not.

The world border teleports anyone trying to cross it back inside. And some times on the dynmap, it may only appear that some constructions are outside the border when they are actually inside.

Anyhow there is nothing to worry about regarding this.
