IronGolem Drops

I have bought an IronGolem spawner for 5.5k and even set up an iron farm for it (not fully automatic).
The farm itself works but whenever i kill an IronGolem it doesnt drop anything. Is thisa bug or is itt just disabled. If it is disabled, could someone pleaseeee enable it. I would do anything since I spend 5.5k on that thing.

Hello Naga sorry for the late response. Iron golem drops were disabled to prevent farming as there useful for protecting area's they are costly.

I killed 3 iron golems at one time with a now enchanted diamond sword and iron armor. SO, how was killing iron golems like farming? They drop, like 5/27 the iron that it took to make them, plus a pumpkin.

They don't drop anything at the moment Insakna, so there is no use on farming Iron golems.

What I'm saying is, why would anyone farm Iron Golems at all? They don't drop any where near as much iron as it took to make them.

Because... you can get iron golem spawers... then you would have limitless iron
