/slap command to be only available to SM+

The slap command is a fun gimmick between players and is really humorous at times,
although some new players (also old players but not as often) take it a tad bit too far by using /slap consecutively, which then sets a chain reaction with other people.
The one slapped, will want to slap back, which will then ensue a back and forth between the parties involved.
And since the slaps are seen throughout the server, other players will use it as well to stir more humor eventually spamming the chat box for everyone online,
including those who don't want to participate in the slapfest of hell and just want to go about their business.
Making it only SM+ will make it another fun addition to the set of perks that Senior Members receive, and most importantly
it will reduce the overuse of /slap by new members and SM+ alike, because then it can only be used by the smaller percentage of the community.

The idea was given to me by one of the senior members who mentioned it ingame, I believe it was EMULATOR. (correct me if Im wrong)

I don't see reason to remove another permission from members based on some occasions that do not happen that often.

Senior Members already have a lot of perks compared to Members and the newbies also need to have some minimal perks to also feel like part of the community.

I agree with Migas on this one, we shouldn't let some members who occasionally use the command for spamming purposes get to us too much, they are usually dealt with rather quickly. When used correctly or in a normal manner it can be quite amusing and its nice to include members in on that; as everyone in the community makes the community that it is.

Also worst case scenario, if someone is a repeat offender in abusing that command, it could potentially be removed on an individual basis much like other features.
