Tigerscott's Ban Appeal

My friend "Tigerscott" was banned for saying bad words to a Mod.
Truth be told his twin brother was the one who actually did. As soon as he said it he quit the game.
My friend has talked things with his brother about it so please consider unbanning him.
And  I give you my word that you won't hear a single bad word from him.
Also he has never been jailed or muted.
