[Resolved] TNT explosions enabled in flat

- Description/summary: Tnt damage is enabled in flat.

- Screenshot: There isn't much to screenshot, other than a big hole.

- Why do you think this is a bug: Tnt damage was disabled before bungee, but now it's enabled. I'm sure it shouldn't be enabled because of the destructiveness of tnt.
