MC Jobs
« on: May 06, 2014, 12:04:17 PM »
I just came in the server a few days ago and I find it hard to earn money so I thought the server could have MC Jobs.

More info here: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/mcjobs/

I think the fact that you gain more money for an item when you level up seems to be quite unbalanced. It would really throw off the economy if you could sell and iron ingot for $4000. {I over exaggerate, but the idea is simple}

Personally, I hear this requst a lot. I always respond with, 'Once you find your way to earn money, it piles in'.

Go to /shop, and look at all the items it sells. I love selling gold and iron ingots. For Iron, I reasearched which level it was most likely to spawn most, and thats where I mined. That brought in enough money within an hour to buy a pigman spawner. Pigman spanwers give you lots of gold, sell that and you'll be laughing your way to the bank.

Finding desirable items and trading to players is also another amazing way to get money. I have an example, but I don't want competitors. ;D

Also, don't forget to vote. Voting will bring in $400 to $500 a day, depending on if you've a pirated MC account or not.

I agree with elle. Getting money for breaking/placing blocks would totally wreck the economy.

This plugin has been requested many times, and like Elle said, it could throw off the economy and cause havoc. Just vote and sell things to the shop, or set up your own shop to make money.

We have denied this plugin in the past and will continue to do so.  Farm, and sell things at the shop, or to other players.  Also you can use /vote

jobs for making money so you can like get $0.5 for mining everyso often

also if server does get this i would reccomend turning off getting money for farming as people can put sugarcane down and break it and so on and get quite a bit of money

I would like the plugin Jobs to be added to the server. That was, it's a little easier for players to earn money. Don't make it too overpowered, for example one level means one extra $ for a jobs, but also not too weak, for example: 1 level adds 0.00000000000001$ for a job. Make it so that specific jobs that have a slower process (Hunting, Enchanting, Fishing, etc.) Get more money per level compared to jobs that have a faster process (Mining, Digging, Building, etc.). So, that jobs with a faster process get 0.0001$ per level while jobs with a slower process get 0.001$ per level.
