Faking Commands:

This a very common thing with all admins. Playing jokes is ok, but getting them to a serious point is NOT ok.

I know this is a fake command but my brother miss took this for real and started panicking. I tried calming him but it was no use. He had to check. Also the chat rich wrote after he banned atrs, made him panic even more. So after u do a fake command pls mention that it is a "Fake".

Direct action on breaking rule:

I think that before doing an action such as mute or ban, at least a minimum of ONE warning should be given to the person who broke the law.

I have been muted here without prior warning. I know this is a very small issue but a tiny spark can lead to a devastating fire. If warned earlier, I wouldn't have done it again, and after the mute I don't write in different lines.

So my it is my request to all admins that give a warning before you ban or mute someone.

Trolling:

This is the topic that I am most concerned about. It's the duty of a moderator to keep a look out for people breaking rules. I feel that should be done without causing any problem to the person he/she is spying on. That is why there is a "/vanish" command.

In all of these cases rich was spawning his "wither bat jockies". Those things did deal damage and I was down to 1 heart.

you admitted u and your brother had an account i teased you once get over it if you dont break a rule u will not bet banned simple as that.

Dude rich is a admin, its his job to do his job however he sees fit.  you, newb, atris, and a few others were all being fuddy dutty's that night, or day or whatever your timezone is. you all clearly asked for rich to screw with you and now your crying because you got what you want? this makes no sense to me.

Maybe what happened isnt exactly what you had asked for but seriously, what do you expect from harassing a admin...

I did not 'Run off' that day... My dad was shouting at to log off so i had to leave.
I admit that I broke a rule, and I aint crying about it... I believe that when I feel something is wrong, I should speak up to it. Be it the Owner himself or just a normal player like me.

It's hard to find staff like ours on other servers... I don't understand why are there people going against our admins... We need to keep the server stable, He teleported to you to check if you were breaking a rule since you stated you were going to break one.

The trolling means that we love to have fun with our members. We do not want members to feel like it is to piss them off... Those commands like the fake ban or the slap were created for fun... Now it depends what you consider what is enjoyable and funny... I guess you just warned us that you are not an enjoyable player and wants to play alone and not have admins attention.

If your brother is not old enough/mature enough/intelligent enough to understand a joke when its given. (I will dump the entire log on here so people can see the context if need be.) Then maybe you should think about finding another server that more suits your gameplay

Since muting is a non detrimental punishment. We mute first and explain later. Its better to preserve gameplay for everyone else on the server. The logs show you deserved it.
We will carry out punishments at our discretion. Some actions deserve immediate reciprocating action.

You said you were going to break a rule. Rich is correct. His job is to monitor those kinds of things.
(Also, I dont much care if you think the person investigating should be vanished. Its not up to you)

You and Rich were obviously playing around, Rich decided to join in. (Contrary to popular belief, we staff members do enjoy a bit of fun now and then) I see nothing wrong or abusive about what he did. It cost you no money, didnt set you back. If you do not want to be involved in the general horseplay that happens here then make sure you make that known and you will be left alone entirely.

I can attest to Richgotya's lvl of playing around with us.  He does it in good fun and humor.

I remember a few weeks ago doing some ridiculous mass spawn wave on my front lawn and told rich he should come join.  His response was something in the line of "I got a surprise, let me know when do do it", something like that.  Then when ready...like 20x20ft tall zomibe things riding bats in diamond armor popped up and distroyed us all...I think even rich died.

I think in total between all of us there we lost a combined 10k+ in MineCraft Dollars.  Yet...none of us cared one bit...we all had a laugh and tore down everything in the end.

I've stalked people while invisible, think newb picked that up from me and a few others, and would screw with people in good fun.  Rich does the same with Egging peoples houses...if anything, its funny and gets free food.

I'm sure if any major damage was done Rich would have been more then happy to reverse it for you if you requested.  I mean, now you have Rich all hot and bothered....(no pun intended).

Also, in response to your issue with the Swiftness of the Admins...would you rather they wait a week before doing something, an hour? 20 mins?  I'm sure that you would, more then likely, complain if they took their sweet time dealing with issues.  I see no issue with someone getting banned right away/ jailed right away/ muted right away...You read the rules and I remember seeing some place that not knowing the rules was not acceptable as an excuse(not verbatim).  Its called the Ban Hammer for a reason.

Debu thinks that a rule should be added in the server rules mentioning no Trolling, (Direct Ban) and we should NOT tell rich about it and wait till he gets banned
