Dungeons and dragons
« on: September 02, 2015, 09:57:17 PM »
So as some people may know, I've really been looking into trying dungeons and dragons (aka D&D). I was wondering if anyone else would be interested in playing it with me.

D&D is a fantasy tabletop role-playing game that is honestly what ever you make it to be. Its hard to really explain and would most likely easier to explain if you just googled dungeons and dragons and read about it. I'm happy to answer any questions people have.

I don't have any details yet but that's because I want to take note of who is interested in playing D&D before making plans.

So their was some confusion about what exactly we would be playing on so we would be plying on a site called roll20.net, it's an online table top simulator alot of people use to play D&D online. I've also decided that if we are playing D&D we will be playing the pathfinder edition. The players handbook is online and easy to access, therefore I thought it would be the best choice for us seeing as alot of people are beginner's.Here's a helpful site about pathfinder. You only need to worry about the players side. More information to come.

Guys if you only vote in the polls I don't know who's interested, come on post your question, thoughts, ideas!

Its a website you don't need to download anything just make an account on the site.
D&D involves alot of setting up so it would be hard to just start a game when people are online. So I guess the answer is everyone would have to be online.

Depending on the version, might be fun to play with others than my usual 4e & PTU group, and not being a DM.

I've played DnD and other modules for years now and I'm glad to see the server has interest in rp :D.
If needed I could dm Dnd 3.5/5e, World of Darkness, or one of my personal worlds: Goblins of Vendu or Wastelands(A fallout rpg influenced system) :3.

I'd be glad to join any sessions being planned if room is available ^^
