I am on almost all day. My time zone is U.S Eastern

No.
- Why do you think should you be promoted and how will you be helpful?
I think I should be promoted because late in my time zone many people come here and could use some guidance to get started in SC.  I will be helpful but helping people get started and help ensure happiness and enforce the rules from those disrupting, and other rule breaking.
- Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else? Yes.

- Additional Information:
I have gave some time and think I matured more to be able to handle the task. I have learned from my previous mistakes and is willing to cooperate more.

I really enjoy helping people, new or not and try to with the best of my ability. I also have gotten better with the plugins the server use. Besides all that, I enjoy the server and want to help it more.
