They get on this planet where once a year they can kill and grief without consequences...

Think you should make an island/arena for this with clear warning. The server rules always count!

Etcetera is very vague, whats allowed and what's not?
Things like water/lava buckets, flint n' steel, TNT?
Most of those items are dependant on being aple to place/break blocks, which you haven't mentioned as possible or not yet.
And if it is, what are the rules on LWC things such as Doors, being potentially able to make an unbreakable fort?

Enchanted armor of any type?  Does this include axes, swords, shovels, picks, and bows?

This sounds like anything we bring into the arena, like the armour mentioned above, is confiscated at the end?
Care for a little context to this?

As its claimed by my town no placing will be allowed at all.. Most doors are unlocked for peoples use, looting chests are also unlocked..

By armo(u)r i mean any type of armour, (ill add this in a min) Any weapons are allowed which i will also add to the list.

"All items brought in to the arena may not leave" statement is saying if you get killed its not my responsibility for your lost items, im not going to refund them.

In conclusion, everything brought in can be taken back to base, whether or not you get killed and loose items is not known.. But no i will not take anything from anyone.
