Give him a second chance if its only a leaf block that he can't even remember griefing

He admitted to breaking the leaves so that he could reach the house behind it. It seemed to me when I asked him about this he could remember breaking the leaves?  this was also his "excuse" for doing it in the first place.

How can one not remember that he griefed? You broke the leaves just at the same day as you were online? Although, you seem not to learn from your earlier mistakes and it seems you still don't have the knowledge of the 'no griefing' rules at all. This already your 3rd time, and your second ban appeal. It's not even your second chance (referring to what Dr Phil said)

(My bad english sorry) Welll Im saying I did that yeah,but when I made it I think I wasn't know some of the rules..But after that I knew already.(after the first Ban I learned everything)Then... this time the reason I banned is one thing I did when I dont know the rules (my english...)
