yes I have helped new members how to use the claim plugin, and helped people clear space or helped build.

Yes I got demoted for ban evading I never meant to do that, I just wanted to know both sides of the story. It wont happen again.
When I was new to the server i got muted once for doing /free I never knew at the time you could get muted for that.

I try to unless school, or other real life things come up.

Yes always, forums is where I get to communicate.
