Help requests and event idea's

So, you got an idea for an event, but do not know how to make it? You do not want to host it, but have a general outline? Or anything else you need help with, related to events. You cannot request to give out Hozt here. Only the Hosters will hand that out.

Name Event (If you have it already): Town wars!

Request type (Help, Idea, other):
staff members to spectate the players incase of disruptions or any of the sort.

Goal of your event:
The goal of the event is to engage all of the participating towns into combat!

Basic Description of your event:
This will be a basic town vs town event that will be held at a chosen biome (id recommend a desert biome).
the two groups will be separated at each corner of the biome with gear provided themselves, other necessities are to be produced during the preparation period.   (refer in "Other Information")
In addition, Special roles can be assigned on each member of both towns (Only one player for each role)

Tank : Is allowed to carry one Notched apple into battle.
Forward Scout: is provided with one Invisibility potion and two speed potions.
Alchemist: Is Allowed to carry two more types of potions.
Escapist: is provided with Cobwebs and enderpearls.

During in the preparation, both teams are allowed to do whatever they wish to prepare for the oncoming battle. may it be making an fortress/tower or making traps in fixed locations.

Planned rewards:
The town that lost shall give 5k of their funds to the town that won.

Other Information:
Both teams are required to inform the hosts of the event on which potions they wish to use in battle and is restricted to only 3 types of potions. ( The alchemist is allowed to bring his/her extra *Personal* potions and the scout's provided potions are excluded from this rule, he/she can still use the requested potions)

(Note: this event is only an idea. you people can add/remove anything that you want if you're going to reconsider this)
