a.k.a Dank, Ayy Lmao), moderator of SentinelCraft!
A brief description by a friend of him:
Dark is most likely one of the most relaxed people I have ever met on the internet. If you become one of his closer friends you will most likely start to use 'Ayy lmao' more often. He can care a lot about his friends even though you think that he doesn't!Dani: Welcome Dark to KYS! The world want to know more about you and the whole staff, let's begin. First question. Why are you on Sentinel?Dark: I found Sentinel by pure coincidence. A server i used to play on suddenly closed and I was in search of a new one. I saw a post about Sentinel Craft and decided to check it out. I was sceptical though, it sounded too good to be true. I was really suprised by how helpful staff was and how friendly the community was though, even when i was new. Im glad i decided to try it. Ive stayed on Sentinel because of both the staff and the community. The community is the main reason though, it's amazing.
Dani: What is Sentinel for you?Dark: To me Sentinel is a place where i can relax and simply enjoy minecraft. Its a place where i can talk to nice people, build stuff with nice people and just generally relax. It gives a good break from my school filled every-day life.
Dani: Why did you decide to become a moderator?Dark: I decided to apply for moderator as I felt I was ready to take on the role. I was reluctant to apply but the thought ''if i do apply theres a tiny chance I get it, if I don't there's no chance'' kept coming into my head, so eventually I applied. I felt like i would do a good job as a moderator. I feel like I've done well so far, but I'm not sure what others think. I try my best though.
Dani: How would you describe being a moderator?Dark: It's a lot of fun if I'm honest. I really enjoy it. But it's also a serious thing, and must be treated as such. Beeing a moderator is also challenging at times. But it's very fun to find a solution that works for various situations. All in all, it's a fun and enjoyable experience.
Dani: Now let's talk about you. Do you have any hobby beside minecraft?Dark: I do enjoy swimming alot. I do swim from time to time. I do also enjoy walking my dog. My main hobby is gaming though.
Dani: So you have a pet. Do you like animals?Dark: Oh yes, I absolutely love animals. I especially love dogs, but i also like cats alot. It's a bit of a shame that I like cats as I'm allergic to them but they're so nice to pet. There aren't any animals i can think of that i don't like. Animals are one of the things I love the most
Dani: You also said that you like swimming. Do you practice it on a professional way?Dark: I do practice professional techniques, but I'm not on a professional level. I have actually considered going for a career within swimming, but I favoured other options.
Dani: What would you like to study in a future then?Dark: My current plan is to study Computers and Electronics. After that I will attempt to go at a university. If all goes as planned I end up as a computer engineer, wich I would like.
Dani: Why do you like computers so much?Dark: I've always been so amazed of how they work, and ive always enjoyed finding out how certain parts and functions work.
Dani: How would you describe yourself?Dark: I would describe myself as a stubborn individual. Im not a fan of being in big groups, and I like to be alone sometimes. I am also fairly good a swimming, and I'm an honest person, and if theres something I don't like, I make it pretty clear.
Dani: Who from the server would you like to meet irl?Dark: Now that's a tricky one. The name that comes to mind first is Aredus really because I've ''hung out'' with him the most out of the people I've met on the server, but metting Ab would also probably be pretty cool if I'm honest. Also seeing how kind she is I'm pretty sure meeting Brenda would be nice. Of course meeting any of the 3 would be super akward but it would probably be nice too.
Dani: Who from the server do you believe that knows you better?Dark: Definetly Aredus. He's (hopefully) the only one who has seen some of my weirder sides and actions. Also from all the time he's been around helping me with stuff theres been a lot of talking so, definetly him.
Dani: What do you expect from the server in a future?Dark: I expect (and hope) that it stays a lot in the way it is now in terms of managment and plugins. I also expect that the community will grow larger, hopefully quite a bit. And I hope that this new larger community will be as friendly as the current one.
Dani: And finally, any last message to our readers?Dark: Of course: Ayy lmao!
