Making a lottery

Can i start a own lottery?

$30 Per ticket and every 10 tickets = 1 winner
Final draw will be every friday at 8:00 pm.
2 tickets per player
senior 3 tickets
donator 4 tickets

~The system will be rolling
Highest /rolls will win the draw.
Example! i brought 3 tickets. i can roll 3 times
But the numbers will not be added to your old roll.
its like resetting if you are not safe on your number and you want to roll again.

I add more systems if this thread will aproved!  ;D

The two of them are on at different times so they can have different lotteries at different times so many players get chances to enter.
