[Suggestion] Nether in Alpha

Hi.
I asked about this some of the mods and they recommended I make a suggestion here. As it is the nether connected to survival gets reset, so one cannot build anything meaningful there. On the other hand it needs to be reset since its resources get exhausted otherwise (is what I learned, maybe I am wrong). At the same time there is no Nether in Alpha, so people do not have an option to mine the materials from there. My suggestion is to add a Nether to Alpha (even if small), so that the Nether connected to survival doesn't have to be reset and people can build there.

We want to prevent people to make abusive mob farms on the nether and end. Thus, it gets reset every so often.

Can't you forbid such farms through a rule in the nether and end? So that people would be able to build in the Nether. It's specifically nice for trains, since the distance is divided by 8.

We also have a lot of worlds already. Having two more for Alpha is a waste of space, it's better that the survival worlds share one with a reset so people can get fortresses / end cities.
