Ah ha! I was wrong. Thank you Mac and Debu for that correction.
But anyways, I feel that a plugin would be useless. The donation chests should work just fine. Also with the donation chests, you don't have to worry about just anyone sending you items or requests to send them, only those who know where you live or where your mailbox is located would be able to send you mail. And if you want to write a letter, just get a book and quill, write it, sign it and put it in the mailbox. Maybe I will work on a project to have fun with the mail idea once I get some other things caught up. I will be on in a bit and I will test a few ideas. If it works, I will present it to all of you to get involved in starting it up if anyone is interested. Yes I am being vague, I don't want to get hopes up for those who may like my idea. Don't worry, this could be fun.

Yes the donations chests work if the user is near you and you know where they live, but you still need to teleport to put an item in there mail box and we already have /mail send [name] [msg] even though your idea sounds fun but I still think it would be nice to have an alternate way of getting items to one another without teleporting and hitting the [Q] key. I just had an idea maybe for people you trade alot they could have like a two way chest example: Say if Paradox had a chest that is say like /cdonation modify DaVoBMX1725 and I had a chest with /cdonation modify IrParadox 2 chests could share the same inventory like an enderchest except with access for 2 players.
