He was never unbanned, he changed the IP (willingly or not) and evaded the ban.

Also joking about a serious problem when asked a simple question justified our decision.

we sometimes reset our router and so this ip thing changes all the time

Resetting a router doesnt Reset your IP. your IP is given to you by your ISP and this doesn't change often at all. With the amount of times you have changed IP this is indicative of a VPN.

You failed to explain why you got connected to an IP full of banned people, that's what got your appeal denied, along with your awful reply. You can reappeal in at least 30 days.

Lockdown listen.. What migas is explaining is.. You are using a public ip that many people are banned.. You are maybe using vpn applications to change your ip.. Make sure you dont have that on your pc.. Thats what admins are askin you to explain.. Vpn is used to hide your real ip soo thats why you are banned you have multiple ips..
