This entire topic is an example of why we decided to deny and tell you do not fit the community. Everything you state was explained to you at the opportune time and now you're just going on an endless loop, wasting your and our time.Thank you so much for clarifying with me and actually taking your time ensuring I understood what I did wrong and what went sideways.. You sent a very long reply and I did manage to finish reading all of it. I don't disagree with what you said whatsoever besides the "stupiditiy is bannable" because I really did not know what that meant and why.

Firstly, it is because I didn't want staff to waste time with someone who isn't going to play on the server again in the near future. This ended up not being effective due to your need to loop it again back to the start and ask for things that were explained before. Secondly, because everything was explained before and, regarding your ban appeal, you knew what primarily lead to your ban (your message to Elizaaa).
If you want to go back to the start of the loop, repeat yourself several times regarding stuff that you previously had enough information about, please send me a private message instead of a reply to this topic. Any message sent here by you will be ignored.
At this point, you are just validating our decision to decline your ban appeal. The problem is that you seem unable to accept our reasoning and, no matter what we say, you either find a reason to argue against it or get offended by it. You do not seem to recognize where your own faults lie. Rather, you are pointing the finger at everyone except yourself. Because of this, since it does not seem like your behavior would change if your ban appeal were to be accepted, we have decided you are not a good fit for our community. You should find a different server to play on.I'm not FINDING a reason to argue against it.
Migas does not make choices on his own. It was unanimously agreed by higher staff that your behaviour and attitude do not fit our community, as in if we let you back in you will 100% get in trouble again because of it, so you are better off finding a new server to play on instead of looking for ways to further provoke Migas.I never said that Migas makes choices on his own lmao

I never really got a proper reply back from my previous reply to Elizaaa. I never really got a reason as to why I was banned besides me just making a satirical joke by calling someone stupid and that I was apparently "immature" because I couldn't take jokes? I never got a proper answer as to why those things occurred? Now, you assume I am provoking Migas? Lmao? The proof is all in the discord chat.. hoping that the messages weren't deleted. Your attitude and behaviour do not fit the community.What you really meant was "I don't want you in my server".

I'm not someone that would be offended very easily and I accept your apology. I'm just more worried about the fact that calling someone a 'transgender' as opposed to 'Justin Bieber' are two very far ends of a stick.Yes I understand, they are very far ends of a stick but such words are used into satirical humor or at least you can see a lot of those kind of DANK memes/meme community that has this kind of humor that people may very much dislike and I would understand as to why. I suppose I agree that you wouldnt know I was joking when I called you transgender and an idiot, because it was just me being ironic and sarcastic in a humorous way. I'm sure that also goes to the fact that a staff member mentioned that my name "Swagxy" sounds like what Justin Bieber would put his Minecraft name as... I got that as soon as I joined the server BEFORE even registering into the server.. although the staff member (fox) settled things out with me, she said she was in a playful mood which I assume is a joking mood as well. I just met her so I wouldn't know it was a joke as well? I clarified the issue with the owner and I received "he probably wasn't mature enough to realize it was a joke", so can I say the same about the staff member or.. right now we are all on the same page..
Pushing aside the fact that apparently calling someone a transgender is an insult, we just met you. We wouldn't know you meant it as a joke or not. The staff have known the person who had light-heartedly called you that for a while so they obviously knew it was just a joke.
As for calling it a stupid question, it's the Internet. People do crazy things in real life.

Obviously that wasn't an intentional insult according to the staff members.. but apparently I was just too immature to get it was a joke. I used the term transgender and that wasn't an intentional insult towards Elizaaa but more of me just messing around same goes for "idiot".. I apologize if my humor is a bit too much. Some people don't get it and I understand. The joke is simply just satire and ironic humor. Sarcasm was also intended for the kicks and giggles..
