Kind of. You might not be immature and no one ever said you were but with this specific sarcastic question, adding to the previous messages and replies, are not helping on this regard. Read more below.

Everyone told you it was a joke since the moment you pointed out. The person who did it apologized because we respect personal opinions. However, please do not quote "name calling" by its literal meaning. Name calling is when someone disrespects another person intentionally, which did not happen, and usually includes swearing and/or obscenities. As usual, we expect everyone to act mature, which includes understanding the difference between a joke and an offensive remark, and this is indeed mentioned on the rules. I am not saying you are immature but with this reocurring behaviour from your side, it's not on your favour.

Both. You were being ironic when we were trying to make you understand to not be so literal about the rules on the server, and one of the mentioned rules on the conversation, by you included, was maturity. So that behaviour pretty much told us that you didn't care about what we warned you about. To add to that you used the word "transgender" as something depreciative and, according to our rules, bigoted remarks and, on this case, name calling (you had the intention to call her something depreciative even though the actual meaning of the word shouldn't have that intention) are not allowed on the server. We do not tolerate any kind of bigotry. Thus, this lead to your ban message "Stupidity is bannable" and you were told, before you got banned that you were getting banned for the message you sent on that chat, which pretty much gives you reason (which you say that it didn't exist).
I explained myself so many times and I got nothing from you guys besides "Appeal denied" or "behaviour and attitude do not fit" or "unable to accept our reasoning".. ok what is the reasoning exactly?
To add to what I said above, where I remind you the reasoning we told you before the ban, I have to say that you didn't explain yourself properly on the situation. Going back to "being offended because of Justin Bieber" doesn't explain and doesn't give you motive to make a bigoted remark and to have disrespecting behaviour towards another player of our community. If you say "oh you joked so I joked lmao?" as the explanation, that won't work because bigotry is not a joke and we take it seriously. We have people from all over the world with different mentalities.

I purposedly tried to keep the answer simple for two reasons. Firstly, it is because I didn't want staff to waste time with someone who isn't going to play on the server again in the near future. This ended up not being effective due to your need to loop it again back to the start and ask for things that were explained before. Secondly, because everything was explained before and, regarding your ban appeal, you knew what primarily lead to your ban (your message to Elizaaa).
If you want to go back to the start of the loop, repeat yourself several times regarding stuff that you previously had enough information about, please send me a private message instead of a reply to this topic. Any message sent here by you will be ignored.
Thank you so much for clarifying with me and actually taking your time ensuring I understood what I did wrong and what went sideways.. You sent a very long reply and I did manage to finish reading all of it. I don't disagree with what you said whatsoever besides the "stupiditiy is bannable" because I really did not know what that meant and why.
This is the kind of reply I needed because I misunderstood what went wrong in this situation. I did in fact care about the warnings the staff gave me but I must say that I probably did not understand what the rules or warnings meant as I misinterpreted "joking" as dark, satirical and ironic humor instead of just basic and non offensive kind of humor in the server.
My reoccuring behaviour I showed definitely could have validated the fact that I was "immature". That is on my part, I was really frustrated in terms of what was going on and why am I not understanding what went wrong. I was upset that I wasn't given a proper explanation in terms of everything and now I have gotten it. I appreciate the time and effort you put in just to ensure things would be cleared.
