1. Rules and Regulation for the Sub-Committee (Committee of Nether Infrastructure);
    a. How does one join or be elected to the committee.
The sub-committee will entirely be a volunteer service, anyone who is willing to join and agree on a few rules will be allowed to take part in the project. Anyone interested will have to formally apply with a template we will also create, where you specify what project you partake. As we plan on making multiple projects where we will need the simultaneous help of applicants you can choose to work on 1, or 2 or more, or all

    b. How is consultation about the unified road designs completed on a community level.
Consultation and brain-storming of ideas will be held in a discord server meant for the origin committee. When we come up with more concrete decisions, they?ll be published in the forum or discord (depending on what we think is best) so the community can also vote on what they like or make suggestions, since the whole point is to incorporate the community

    c. How far will the nether highway stretch from the Nether center.
This is up for debate for all members since we do not have a final decision on the matter. One idea is to go a significant amount of blocks in all cardinal directions and place a nether portal on the end to create checkpoints just like the kattalox and horizon. This way, people have a chance to visit places where there hasn't been a lot of player activity

    d. How are materials gathered, where is the storage for this project.
The materials will be gathered by the help of the sub-committee members who volunteer or are assigned to be collecting materials. Storage can be temporarily made near the project or 0,0 in the nether to start work on the hub. This can be up for debate if anyone else thinks of a better place to store the materials.

    e. How would any disputes be handled involving any aspect of the Nether Highway brought up by a member of the community.
Members who have any problems, questions, or clarifications can bring it up to any member of the committee where we can then discuss it with one another to give them a solution and answer.

2. The mission which the Committee of Nether Infrastructure is to carry out, I.E. the highway specification and limits.

The Sub-Committee (Committee of Nether Infrastructure) will be producing designs and plans for the road network, as well as giving input and suggestions. Although the committee's first mission is to create the hub, responsibilities will be divided amongst members who can choose to gather resources, create prototypes, pitch in suggestions, and in other ways that players may be able to help. The subcommittee have the liberty to implement changes and ideas they see fit in the nether project under the head committee's supervision as well as the approval of majority of the community. The subcommittee has the power to bring this project to life with their own ideas and hard work, and are only limited by the committee's approval. The final goal of the sub-committee would be to create a suitable nether hub for the origin server, when the goal is achieved the sub-committee will be dissolved.
