Hello everyone.
It is time for a change.
When Fedgar trusted me the Owner rank he trusted that I would do my best for the server and for the community. That's what I have been doing for the past 3 and half years.
Like him, I have been here since the start and it is pretty amazing to have seen the community grow to where it is right now. A lot of great friendships have grown here and I, for example, even visited some people who play here. It is pretty amazing to see all of this unfold.
Now I believe it is time for a change. I believe that there needs to be a new leadership, to keep the motivation going and to keep things moving forward in a different pace. I believe that, after all these years, I have accomplished a lot as the Owner with a great close staff team who helped me around. The most touching moments were all the events and meetings we did together as a community, specially the prom event and, for me, remarkably the birthday gift you all prepared this year.
That gift made me realise that I miss the time I enjoyed playing Minecraft with my friends and not just to come on and fix things and, ultimately, was the beginning of this transfer process. I believe it is time to step down and let someone else from the team take the helm on this crazy ride.
So, I will be switching roles with Pauizz (PaulinaCarrot). I will return back to Senior Admin and she will be the Owner. She's a great leader and I'm pretty sure the server will continue to prosper with her leadership. There's no one else who suits better the role right now. It will definitely be a different type of leadership for the server, as we have different personalities, but she'll maintain the same focus and thrive to keep things moving forward, to make all of you happy and enjoy your time here.
This is not a goodbye from me. This is more like a "welcome back". And thank you for all of the time you spent on the server while I was managing it as the Owner. I will continue to be around.
