[Resolved] Withers don't deal damage in skyblock

- Description/summary: Wither don't deal damage to players in skyblock. Mobs are damaged as usual.

- Screenshot: N/A

- Why do you think this is a bug: They do damage in vanilla/survival so probably not intended.

Fixed flags on world guard. This should be working now as intended, please contact SA if it does not. closing topic =)
