Nice house I like that you do modern builds I tend to do more medieval style builds so having you onboard will give some more diversity to the team.

Ok I want to try and do a test build as a team in /flat tomorrow around noon est. open for different times that is just the time that best fits me at the moment

Id be happy to join... but I doubt I will be around during the build time.

Also who is going to decide what to build? It would probably be best if either you vote on what to build or one person is the grand architect of the whole thing. That way people dont just start building whatever they want.

I think the voting idea would be great but also think that if we have the Grand Architect then it should be Daddy_DCN

I like the vote system I will do a pole here in a day or two, looking to get a few more ideas. As far as the grand architect thing goes I would be happy to be a project leader but I don't feel like grand architect is a suiting title for me, there are tons of good builders here and I would be foolish to claim that I'm the best. So project manger would be a better title. But still I need to figure out who all is on the team, I need ppl to apply and I may leave that up to a vote as well, I want this to be the servers best so please if you want to join post a few builds you have done and we will take a vote for the top 5-6 builders.

IT doesnt matter what the title is. As long as everyone is working towards one common goal.

The persona in charge has to have a picture of what they want to build in their head and be able to communicate that effectively.

Agreed, unfortanatly I as many people as I like to volunteer at this moment so ill but this on hold and try later this summer. I of course will bump that up if I have a burst of ppl applying.
