Flatten the ground

Hey so my village (pride village in /horizon) has some ugly grounds. I want the lower ground raised up to be more flat (the ground on the lower end). Make sure it's all, within the walls so it can be protected from the mobs. If you can't do this do let me know!

Please note world edits cost actual money not in game money. If you want to continue with this... Please add in cords of the place and how big it is.
