I think being promoted would be good for me because I like helping people anyway and am naturally friendly. I think it would be a good idea to promote because I am online a lot of the time when staff aren't and I could fill that gap.

Yes, Though I may have struggled in the past to understand specific details about a rule, I have learnt the little bitsy details now.
