I plan to build a city and the surroundings. The preliminary construction has been attached with the basics info. Also to be built roads, ports, hotels, airport, aqueduct etc.
Add a second picture with the town plan. Every plot is 15x15

I don't understand how this is a World Edit request. Can you explain it better?

It's a World Edit request because the area of the town must be flattened and the valley too in order to create
fields to grow food. Furthermore the coast line will change a lot because i would create ports and maybe a  canal to connect the seas. So the terrain will change a lot.

you sure you dont want to offset some of this by paying the noobs to do some of this work?

  The noobs always need work and you might even make a few friends. of course just doing a world edit is your choice. im just offering an opinion.
