- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why)yes and a 10 block minor grief
 
- Why should you be unbanned? because ive done nothing and i can post my .minecraft folder into the forum to prove that im not hacking

Additional Information: Won ww 3 times in a row and stomped 3 other teams of 2 in team pvp, have high axes and acrobatics

Explain how you were doing vanilla criticals even when you were not jumping. Every hit you did was a Critical.

First off, its a vanilla mechanic, go to the minecraft wiki and learn about it migas, i manipulated how the crits worked and every normal crit without jumps i got i did a jump crit and on top of that i have a high axes level. Id also like to point out that imo, you had to ban me to win, just saying because my sister told me you won right after i was banned

Its at level 384 or 394 and i have a acrobatics of 200+, kinda explains 90% of it imo, also recommend removing the protection X armor and the berserker class for all pvp cause that is what i used

Critical hits


A critical hit performed on a sheared sheep.
'Critical hits' are attacks that deal extra damage compared to regular attacks. Critical melee strikes, regardless of the weapon used, cause small star particles to fly out of the target who was critically hit. "Critical arrows", which occur when the bow is fired fully charged, leave a trail of the same small star particles as they fly through the air. Critical hits affect all damageable entities including players, mobs, paintings, boats and minecarts.
In melee, a critical hit occurs when a player attacks a mob while falling, not while jumping up. The attack deals a random amount of additional damage, up to 50% more (rounded down) plus one heart. This can be done by jumping. It can also be combined with sprinting to knock back the mob, although there is no extra knockback for a critical hit. and in this id like to point out "the player must be FALLING not jumping to get a critical hit" there is alot of blocks that are 1-2 blocks up which allowed me to get those critical hits. Migas im not hacking ok i played by the rules, and i played legitimately, i just played dirty and camped at the spawn and figured out how to get as many crits as possible

Nothing needs to be changed from the minigames. All classes suffered a detailed test by me, Rich and Fedgar so it would be fair to all players to play with any of these.

Id also like to point out that imo, you had to ban me to win, just saying because my sister told me you won right after i was banned

In case you weren't noticing, I waited for the game to end so I could ban you without any future problems. If I would ban you during the game, you would lose all your items if you're accepted back. So, tell your sister gently to not interfer on this discussion if she doesn't know certainly what she is saying, please.

You don't need to make me feel stupid to gain reason on your appeal. I know how Criticals work and I know you can critical with you fall after a jump. I have played several minigames and encountered a bunch of people that were using hacks, therefore I can notice the difference between a good PvP'er and a hacker, and that ended up in the ban. However, lag may have altered our perspective of seeing those criticals and, for that reason and doubt that is persisting, you will be unbanned. Keep in mind, future happenings of this same issue will result in a permanent ban.

- Why should you be unbanned? because all i did was say 3 cuss words in global and im at least 99.999% positive that i should at least be temp muted and not banned for it, if that even is what ive been banned for, like i said in the title idk how it happened it just happened

One, i did not move around the filter and was not asked to not swear at the time at all. Yes i did purposefully swore. I was muted BUT, i meant as in muted on other servers, id be glad to be back on without cursing, but i meant as something like temp ban for 2 days or something. But i also can move on to other servers so...id like to stay here because this server doesnt lag as much
