The game E.T was so bad it almost crashed the entire video game industry back in 1982.  :(

The creators of the first Crash Bandicoot had to hack the PS1 to get the graphics good enough. 8)

Also, did you know that the PS1 was originally gonna be a Nintendo Console? but Nintendo rejected it. But Sony decided to still make it. Good job Nintendo...Good job... ;)

Did you know, guard is a noob? =P
Hear my howl, feel my steel,
My objection is clear, My objective - near,
To take your crown, to burn your place,
There's no room for you in my palace

Did you guys know that in Mario it is said that it isn't actually a game.. Its a play. Thats why you see in some of the original Mario's the game starts with a curtain opening up. And in Mario for the DS you see Lakitu following you with a camera! :)

In the original Super Smash Brothers Melee, the Princess Daisy trophy had a mysterious third eye on the back of its head. Unfortunate glitch? Or something more sinister?

It's only humanly possible to press a button on a controller 16 times per second. This record was set by Toshuyuki Takahashi, a Japanese gamer.

Satoshi Tajiri, the creator of Pokemon, got the idea for the worldwide Game Boy phenomenon after collecting caterpillars as a child and watching them change into butterflies.

In World Of Warcraft there's a dungeon called Uldaman where you can find and recruit three 'lost dwarves', who look very similar to characters from The Lost Vikings on SNES.
